Bot idea

I wanna build a bot that reads the signals I receive on telegram and places an order. These signals come at a random time in a day and I most often miss them whenever I am at work. The messages always come in a specific format.

I am neither a software engineer, nor I am familiar with programming bots. This is purely a theory. The ideal bot that I'm describing is ideal. Any kind of help is welcome. :)

Ideally:

The group with signals is a premium group, they wouldn't let bots in. So, I have to create a software in windows or a bot in telegram that reads text on the screen or picks up a telegram notification.

Since this message is always in the same format, the bot could easily read the data and create action items.

Now these action must be sent to a bot in binance which trades in futures. The leverage is fixed constant at 5x. The bot finds the trading pair (taken from the message) places a fixed amount of funds (which I preprogram) at a predetermined leverage. And the bot would place take profit order and stop loss order.

This could be difficult but if doable, I can just sit and hope.
