Burrow finance from near protocol have quitely removed 1M of reserve

Burrow finance(https://app.burrow.finance/), which is managed by https://app.ref.finance/ (https://burrowfinance.medium.com/ref-finance-to-oversee-protocol-development-management-of-burrow-3e9ea8d32011) have quitely remove 1M of reserve from their protocol without any communications https://burrow-tvl.pages.dev/ .

This looks bad to BRRR token user as it seems that the token have no value if it does not have any access to the reserve/revenue or voting rights. Not sure at this point what's the value in the token, and what confidence do people still have in using the protocol from the lack of communications.
