When looking at asset classes as a whole, there are many pros and cons out there. The two biggest cons to Bitcoin at this day and age is the lack of cash flow as well as the low market completion for collateralized loans which cause the rates to be higher. The fortunate solution to that problem is another asset class which is real estate. Plus the added value of depreciation and other tax benefits being in an LLC. Has anyone figured out a way to do real estate on a Bitcoin standard feasibly?
Bitcoin mortgages, collecting rent in bitcoin, paying for things in Bitcoin ETC Or would i be better off just putting all the earnings into the hard asset of Bitcoin for appreciation?
Would love to hear thoughts from the geniuses out there
