Good morning to you all,
I wanted to ask you if you ever happened to buy crypto with a credit card on Binance (so far so normal).
The problem is that the transaction appears to be rejected on Binance (the wording is as follows: "Purchase failed. Sorry, the transaction failed and was canceled. The funds charged to your card will be returned.", BUT on the bank app the money was still charged and the 7 working days with which Binance reassured me that they would be credited again... Does anyone have in mind how to proceed to make the complaint, or do you know if there is any gable in the purchase procedure that is easy to stumble upon?
