Buying ethereum that can be transferred quickly.

So is there a service I can safely buy ethereum with usd and be able to transfer to a wallet in less than 24 hours? Some like metamask have that but are limited to $500 a week. ACH’s to exchanges work as you can buy right away but cannot transfer it for 7-10 business days. Is there anywhere I can buy directly then transfer asap?

Edit: okay so just to clarify. There’s a presale I want to get in on that starts tomorrow for 24hrs. I bought into coinbase last Sunday and then bought some eth. However that hold period/no transfer period they have is still ongoing so I won’t be able to transfer out to the wallet in time. Since the price is 0.1 each for these NFTs, a $500 purchase direct in MM won’t be enough to cover gas fees. So I’m trying to find somewhere where I can buy eth direct with fiat currency (usd) or card and then transfer to wallet ready to go.
