Project Description:

Our team is building a decentralized finance protocol that facilitates automated swaps of fungible and non-fungible tokens. Furthermore, it will offer a full-suite of DeFi services, including, but not limited to, yield farms, IFOs, and gamified features such as prediction markets and lotteries. Our Swap also strives to democratize DeFi by structuring its governance model after a DAO and maintaining a treasury to fund development of community-voted features.

Job Description:

Currently, we have one full-stack engineer and backend engineer and we're looking to expand our dev team. We would like a full-stack developer to add onto our team, preferably leaning towards the backend. Such an individual should display a strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Java, C++) and DeFi smart contracts. We are hoping this individual can tackle system design /infrastructure and backend development.

Job Requisites:

• At least 2 years' worth of industry experience as a developer, preferably 4 or more
• Prior involvement with DeFi projects and/or extensive knowledge of DeFi (specifically DEXs)
• Can dedicate approximately 20 hrs. per week to developing, documenting, researching; although work will be largely progress-based
• Backend experience, worked with at least one OOP language (preferably Solidity)
• System design / architecture
• Some degree of project management skills
• Able to break down features into technical requirements and communicate this with fellow team members
• A strong drive / curiosity to see the product through and meet new technical challenges
