Can someone help me understand network fees in ribbon.finance defi product?

Hi,

I am trying to use the ribbon.finance products. I setup the coinbase wallet app in chrome browser and transferred what I thought would have been $100 worth of USDC but that came out $65 worth of USDC after fees.

When I go to deposit USDC into the ribbon.finance contract that I linked above, I have to approve the wallet, where I get a notice that network fees exceed almost entire balance in the wallet.

At this point I am stuck. I cant withdraw back to coinbase account where I bought the USDC because the network fees exceed amount in the wallet.

My questions are:

  1. If I want to deposit USDC into ribbon theta vault product (linked above), do I need to keep depositing USDC into my coinbase chrome wallet till network fees are satisfied?

1a. If I want to withdraw back to the original coinbase address, why is this not free? its coinbase to coinbase.

  1. What is the point of using ETH if the fees are so high for a newbie like myself?

Thank you in advance.
