Cannot add new debit card.

When I first set up my Binance account last year I was able to add my debit card with no issues. Unfortunately I ended up losing my card and got another one with a different number. Now, every time that I attempt to buy crypto with the new card and add it to my account it keeps telling me that, Issuing country is not compatible and that the card in this country is currently not supported. I'm in El Salvador, why is it that I am not able to add my debit card now but I was able to do it before? This is frustrating.
