Hi Binance, Im unable to acces my account since March, because Im not receiving sms verification codes and mail verification codes.
Interestingly, Im still receiving your promotion mails. Your adresses are whitelisted. My phone is on the list with supported carrier countries.
Ive created 3 or 4 tickets in total, waited hours in your support chat for them but received no support.
I dont have the previous ticket IDs because you dont send any mail as confirmation that the case was registered. There is no way to see the tickets status, place in queue. I have only your 7 digit number and the hope that someday, someone might look at it.
Ive went through you FAQ, triple-checked everything I could but havent seen any living person from your support to even notice.
