Can't change address after reset

Hello everyone: I move to a new place/apt and I requested to change my address, but when I try to put the new adress I get this window that say " We are unable to match the provided address with the provided name. Please provide a current and valid residential address in the US with more activities under your name. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact customer support." https://imgur.com/LZ5IdrB and don't let me put the new address. I submit a new ticket and is been days I can't get a response, I change my address in my other exchanges without any problems!!! BTW I am in Binance.US cuz i live in the USA, I even chat with a agent and he closed the chat without any help and them send me a request ticket via email, I can buy crypto but can't send or withdraw.....It's horrible that I can't change a simple address without this company's permission. btw during the chat I even say I can prove with ID and bank statement any help I would appreciate it.
