Cant deposit Or withdraw from binance

I really need help, for about a month now when I try to deposit money from my bank account (uk) into binance I get an error that reads….

‘This payment method is currently unavailable as per our terms of use and internal policy’

This error also comes up when I try to withdraw also.

I cannot deposit or withdraw any money from Binance via card transactions or faster payments.

I have put about £200 into crypto via binance but for some reasons it suddenly stopped letting me.

Can someone please advise on how I can fix this? Ive been unable to speak with anyone at binance and the online help portal is useless.

I find it utterly unbelievable that I have put money into this platform and now I cannot withdraw it or deposit anymore. Tbh I just want to turn my crypto back into fiat withdraw it and use another platform.

I have tried using the website version of binance which didnt help either. I am fully verified on Binance also.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
