Can't redeem flexible savings

Additionally most pursuits are zero! It says system upkeep... but when it was maintenance why some interests aren't 0 and others at zero? This is not right. Binance shouldn't behave like they're in commie china! The savings are very obscure, the best way they select quotas and alter your charges.
EDIT: in order that they saved their face by saying they was an announcement. I've 50+ of them that I by no means read as a result of it's filled with crappy advertisements for their games and shit cash! Not with the ability to withdraw for in the future is an enormous deal. You don't get with it just with an announcement... until you're in commie china (joking soy boys!)
