Cashing out in the UK

Tried to cash out a small amount of £’s yesterday, been using binance for over a year and fully verified etc. I know payment to binance have been blocked by many uk banks but my understanding was deposits from binance are fine? Anyway, tried to withdraw to Mastercard as no option for direct bank transfer and it states payments to this country are banned ???????? any ideas? Do I need to withdraw to a Visa card although I can’t see how it’s make a difference. Thanks
