CDC doesn't want customer from countries that don't use English or latin characters

tldr; I withdrew all my funds from crypto.com because they insisted on receiving address verification in English when I live in a country where the official language isn't English and the latΓn alphabet isn't officially used.

I received an email from cdc asking me to log into the app and use it to take a photo of a document from the government or the bank with my name and address to verify my address, even though I had done it when I opened my account a few years ago.

As the compliant user I am, I did as instructed and it got rejected, no specific reasons were given, just received the generic email saying maybe it's not clear or the document is not in full view, but a new one is required, so I go again into the app and try again with a better photo of the bank statement but got the same result.

In the email it says that the document must not be cut, in full view, from the government or bank with your name and address visible, and that you can contact them to get help. I emailed them asking for an email address I can submit the pdf from the bank because the app only lets you upload one page, but I got no response.

I had heard of other people that had a similar issue because their details were not in English (now consider that the government, banks and other official institutions do not use latΓn characters or English AT ALL in this country) and so I went through crazy hoops and asked a personal favor from my banker asking them to add my name and address in English to my bank statement, after almost crying to them they reluctantly agreed to make an exception this one time. It took a few weeks until I got it but I finally did and thought this would work, since my name and address were in English on the bank statement. I logged into the app to submit it and I got the rejection a few moments later and then a big red banner was displayed on the app saying that my account had been closed! In a panic I converted all my small balances (long long loooong shots, some crypto dust I got through the Supercharger feature and that I was really having fun collecting) to USDC and withdrew it.

Now this is my real issue: I have around 20K in BTC and ETH staked/locked for another 35 days in Cryto Earn, so I contacted support and asked them how to withdraw these funds since my account is closed. The [really nice] support representative told me that my account wasn't actually closed and that I could continue using it normally... I was so heart broken, after years of collecting small crypto dust I had quickly converted my small balances in a panic and withdrew it, so now disappointed with their system automatically locking people out because their country doesn't use latin characters officially, I was more committed than ever to leave after I was able to recover my funds.

Crypto Earn staking just finished and I immediately withdrew my funds, and I am here to remind myself that NOT YOUR KEYS NOT YOUR CRYPTO, and that cdc or any other exchange doesn't care about you, your money, your savings, nothing! You have no one to talk to, you have no resort, you are powerless against them, they got your money and there isn't much you can do about it, we are at their mercy. Screw you CDC!!!
