Binance.com has made the "Transaction Date" field unresponsive on their "Fiat Withdraw not Credit Appeal" (lol) page which is to be used in case a fiat transfer out of Binance (in my case to Transferwise, which I made by mistake) does not arrive to its destination. This way, if you want to claim an undelivered transfer, well, you can't! (Because Transaction Date is a mandatory field.)
Customer service redirected me to said page, and just ghosted me when I told them about the above "issue". Trying to contact them again, but I'm not even sure I've been queued.
I'm moving all my assets out of this unprofessional at best (shady at worst) site. Be warned...
