Cheapest way to deposit ETH onto Optimism

Does Binance currently have any way of withdrawing $ETH directly to Optimism? Is there any CEX that does?

The reason I ask is because I need to get a small amount, less than $30 probably, of $ETH onto Optimism, just to cover staking fees on Synthetix, and the fee to do this on the Optimism Gateway is like $40, thus pretty much defeating the whole purpose of Optimism.

I started staking on Synthetix way back when gas prices were still pennies, and like everyone else I abandoned the Ethereum network for Binance when the gas fees forced out everyone but the whales. But of course my stake on Synthetix was trapped behind the Gwei Paywall. I had hopes that Optimism would make it viable again, but that only works if I can somehow fund my Optimism wallet.

Is there maybe a more roundabout way of circumventing Gwei fees, using another second-layer like Polygon, for example, like a Polygon to Optimism gateway?

Or should I write off my pitiful Synthetix stake as a lost cause, permanently trapped behind a Gwei Paywall?
