Closing in Ontario

So this is now the 2nd time I’m having to transfer funds out of my account cuZ they are closing in Ontario.
I cannot contact them directly cuZ they make it soooo difficult. Do u guys know of any other ways I can actually contact them directly. I just want to ask if they will cover the transfer fees. As this is my 2nd time having to do this with their false flag closing. Ty everyone. I’m not down to pay another $250 in transfers
