 | There's been an absolute deluge of customer complaints with Coinbase surrounding deposits and withdrawals on Polygon. The issues seemed to be limited to Polygon but are quite severe. The issues definitely seem to be Coinbase as on-chain(Defi) and non-Coinbase CEX Polygon transactions seem to work fine. Customers complain about having to wait many hours and counting, as their Polygon transactions are not being processed. Some users have hit at least the 48+ hour(2 day+) mark and still have not seen their issues resolved. They all seem to be stuck on pending. Any interaction with customer support seems to simply yield the same mostly-standard non-answer-type reply. Something about it's being investigated. Interestingly, the Coinbase status page does indeed indicate that Polygon network has delayed transactions. The status page indicates the issue is nearing it's second full day of being present, but it's likely that users are right in experienceing delays for over 48 hours as exchange status pages are often slow to update, doing do only a good while after the issue has truly begun.
