I have heard stories about CB support, but as I never had any issues with the exchange itself, there was no need to contact them...until recently.
And oh boy, I have never experienced something like this. It's like I will ask some one what is the today's date and the person will give me the recipe of a meat pie.
It's impossible to receive from them answers on a simple questions. At this point they can replace their support with an AI or maybe they did that already.
Jesus, I am glad that my request was not related to issues with transaction/money, otherwise it is a dead end. And this is considered to be one of the best/most reliable exchanges - top 3 at least...crazy.
