Cold Wallet and RS

If you have your crypto safely tucked away in a cold wallet and it goes through an rs...... when you take it out of your cold wallet, do you still have the amount you started with, or does it split as soon as you bring it out of storage? For example. Let's say you have 100,000 in a cold wallet while a 1 for 10 reverse split happens. When you send it back to a hot wallet to sell off, do you still have 100,000, or once you transfer your 100,000, it goes down to 10,000, I'm trying to learn. Thank you in advance.
