Concerns Regarding Social Money

One trend I am seeing with ETH, is the idea of social money such that all of your actions are open to being judged/scrutinized, or generally monitor to stalk.

I see two extremes with this. You are uber-rich, have a ton of NFT's maybe your an axe infinity star, and invest in many tokens. Having an ENS for example, or even one of the "ape" nfts means you can flex/show off easier if you value that. But also if linked to a real identity it's problematic.

On the other hand, if you have nothing or very little it can be used to bully, shame, or troll online the fact you are broke.

Additionally, it means every action you take has to be careful because everything can see what you are doing.

I see this as being very helpful for charities, nonprofits and fortune 500's, even govt, but I feel like this is a dangerous social/cultural shift. It gets worse on the fact any errors you make are permanent and mean that it can expose far more than you expect if you do make a mistake.

Interested to hear other people's thoughts on this. Transparency is a good thing, but privacy for individuals matters as well.
