Crypto.com issues yet another update against community backlash

Their newest update reads as follows:

Dear Valued Customer,

We have continued engaging with the community this week regarding the recent CRO Card rewards programme announced on 1 May 2022. While the process has been far from ideal, it is important to us to arrive at an attractive & balanced offering that takes into account feedback from the community.

As a result, we are pleased to share the following updates to the CRO Card rewards program:

• Ruby Steel 0% 1%
• Royal Indigo / Jade Green 0% 2%

In addition, all cardholders who have an active 6-month stake by May 31, 2022 23:59 UTC will continue to earn CRO Card rewards on spending and Card CRO staking rewards at the current rates until their 180-day stake expires. Thereafter, the revised rates will apply.

Free Card Reissuance

Until further notice, the $50 card reissuance fee will be waived for cardholders who upgrade to the next card tier by staking the requisite amount.

I don't know about you guys, but it really seems to be like they're reaching hard. Extremely disappointed some of us aren't even able to get out of their staking.

I got their card simply to allow myself to purchase goods and services with crypto with ease from terminals, and it ended up fucking me over so bad.
