Dealing w/ discovering I bought a ledger off a 3rd party

Hey guys, hope y'all are doing fine.

yesterday I came home drunk and somehow my few braincells managed to activate sweaty palms and make me check if my drunken worries were true.
Was I actually stupid enough to buy a hardware wallet from a random 3rd party shop?
Who me? The same person that was once driven in a airport tug to the plane high as fuck nearly missing his flight because he waited for his burger being made? Never.
Basically I checked and the 3rd party shop I bought from doesn't exist, there's some traces to him being registered as a dude reselling electronics and tbh it seems legit.
Also my BTC was and is untouched on the ledger for a year by now.

The thing is, I did setup my seed phrase by myself for the first time. What I did not do is clear it and make another one to see if it is different.
I bought a second ledger (from the ledger website) but is there a way to still keep using this ledger (after resetting e.g.) without wasting all my BTC on transaction fees?
