Deleting account to make a new one

I messed up and forgot the referral code when creating an account. Since everyone loves a discount, including myself, how do you delete your account?

I've googled it and there is no delete button, only option is to disable it. I tried the support chat and they say to disable the account but that wont solve the issue of releasing my email/mobile so i can make a new account. There is no money or verification ID linked to it so there is no reason it shouldn't be deletable. help!
