Deposit failed but money was credited.

Please help me this is my first time i've encountered this error. I purchased eth as normal using my debit card. I received the otp and the money was credited. However as per checking transaction history. It shows that the transaction failed. My money has not been returned to my account. I tried contacting the support but only automated replies i get. I haven't experienced this kind of error and i trust binance. But can anyone help me with this?
