Did a very silly thing and sent ETH to a token contract address instead of my wallet

Iv had a horrid last few weeks, as my mum got onset of Dementia and frankly it wrecked my head and mental health.

Today I had some time finally to sit down and decided to transfer some ETH to my wallet. However prior to that I had looked at a interesing token and had copied its address into clipboard in order to add to wallet as a known token. I must have not successfully copied my wallet address after that and proceeded to past in the address in clipboard and sent my ETH. I soon found it was sent to the token contract address, and now its in there under the BEP-20 Tokens.

I dont know what to do as its 0.5 ETH which is considerable money to me as i dont have much frankly.

My entire wallet was only only about 1 ETH =(

Now my already fragile state of mind is further stressed and dont know what to do. is there any hope at all of getting it back ? ;(
