Didn’t check on my app for a few years and all the Satoshi? Is gone.

Hi, I put some Satoshi? In my wallet and saw it raise a bit, not a lot a few years ago. But the other day I wanted to check my wallet and I have the paper with all the key words written down on a paper. But the application I used was called something green so needed to download a new app from the Apple Store and after I logged in I found out I had 0yen or bitcoins in my wallet. I never gave out information or anything but it’s all gone. I tried different emails to see if maybe I just log in to the wrong email address but nothing. Was there some hack or something that took peoples wallets money? I tried to look around but can’t find anything. Did I need to change something after the green something application changed to the new one? I’m sorry I’m staling because it need to be over 500 characters long. But I really thought bitcoin or cryptocurrency was supposed to stop this from happening. Can you get this money back or just a list cause? Hope some one can help me or at least give me an answer.
