Diligence Before Proposal

I’m finalizing a proposal with a client, and I asked for their LLC or corporate info. They said they are announcing it in a few weeks/ next week, but until then they can’t say anything and expect a proposal from me.

Would you do a proposal with an anonymous company without knowing LLC/ corporate info?

I’m torn because it seems like a really good concept for an NFT. But as a writer my readers deserve the diligence/ ethics. Then, there’s the whole anonymous dev team movement (Bitcoin being the highest example).

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
