Does anyone else get random waves of extreme dread?

I've been in the space since 2014 (since Newegg started accepting bitcoin) and so I like to consider myself someone well versed in basic opsec.

That being said, does anyone else get very horrendous waves of dreadful worry that somewhere along the way a mistake has been made in your opsec and that you need to "refresh" and dedicate a day to generating a new mnemonic or new keys and transfer your bitcoin? Along with the time and hassle that goes into this, there's also that scary moment when you send your bitcoin to a new address and just hope it arrives even when you've done a small test transaction before hand.

It's been about 5 months since I've refreshed my security and I am thinking of doing it once more because of all these libraries that have seemingly been hacked and exploited. I am considering doing a completely analog key generation.

Without exposing my whole setup, I will say that I do have a small portion of my bitcoin on a mnemoic that was generated on an offline, airgapped laptop using this tools offline method:

And now I am worried again! Obviously there's a huge surface area of attack here. Should I redo everything in a more analog way to finally gain some peace of mind?
