Does completing the KYC as an Iranian leads to my account being suspended?

I'm from Iran and I use a VPN so that I can use Binance but recently in an email Binance wants my account to be verified or they will limit daily withdrawal to 0.06BTC.

In order to increase your account security and give you continued access to our crypto withdrawal function, please complete the identity verification process before tomorrow, August 8th.

According to Binance FAQ, I must not use their services.

However thanks to our government and inflation in my country my entire assets are less than 0.06 BTC but I've read some articles that claimed some Iranian accounts were not banned. I tried to ask this at Binance but I'm afraid of it being suspended knowing I'm an Iranian.

So even in the near future should I consider completing the KYC?
