el salvator efforts coordination

hi, lately i'm thinking about how el salvador can be a great opportunity to showcase the growth potential for those country that accept fully the defi paradigm and show that web3 create real value and concrete growth even outside defi.

to accelerate progress toward this goals it seems necessary to me to have some kind of platform to coordinate efforts.

this platform ideally should contain up-to-date information of the most urgent economic/social problems to solve , the (web3/opensource) projects that are attempting to solve it and have the capability of taking feedback in someway from the local population.

also a shared "general" chat would be nice.
