Emergency Regulatory Game Plan; Predominantly Concerning Front Ends.

I'll try to be short here....

OK...so, this was all the pretext the US gov needed to do all the ultra bad JP morgan coin stuff to us.

Congress is going to be gridlocked. We need to focus on hyper specific clauses and details in the SEC and CFTC to get the commissioners to fix to keep crypto legal in the US, and to limit KYC mandates offshore.

I know it is hard for you guys to believe, but the FTX thing will make the US gov want even more centralized exchanges and even more licensure systesms, these people are going to Boomer and Wallstreet us into oblivion like MT Gox.

The Elligible Contract Particpant Clause and the alternative trading systems clause need to be fixed.

The second part is by far the worst.

Right now DC is going to try to mandate VPN detecting api's on all foreign dev/dao DeFi teams, and they're going to mandate 2 or 3 chain hop chain surveillance, block lists and clear lists to catch US IPs and to ban VPNs.

Look DC has an endgame here, and it is simply prohibiting US citizens from cashing DeFi proceeds out on offramps, simply creating some insane law to give them the power to force Coinbase to do it, they're just going to continue to cite national security risks caused by market instability as a reason to go through with this.

There also going to make it extremely hard for US citizens to use DeFi because of the chain surveillance happening on the front ends, even quite possibly, I would say likely the backend, where the Dao are forced to block numerous addressed tied to US exchanges from using the Front End.
