To be specific about the use case I'm talking about: I would like to send a multisig transaction without needing any signer (EOA) to send ETH for gas payment, because the gas would be taken from the Safe{wallet}.
Maybe I'm wrong but I thought ERC 4337 would allow this kind of gasless transactions, by introducing a pseudo-transaction called UserOperation.
So why is it not yet implemented by Smart Wallets, such as Safe{wallet}? Did I misunderstand the content of ERC-4337 about this?
