Eth 2.0 can revive this market cycle?

Here are some of my initial thoughts:

• Eth already has the best Reputation, and best Infrastructure, Competitors like Solana have gone down so many times, eth hasn't BUT gets congested.

• Since Eth has been around so long, it already has the best reputation in terms of security.

• Eth already has the best infrastructure, I.e. Defi, NFT, Developers, Transparency app's, Block explorers, on chain metrics etc.

• Eth already has superior liquidity.

If they truly improve on:

• Faster Transactions

• Cheaper transactions

Could this send a positive shockwave through all of crypto?
