Eth blockchain ecosystem

So ive finally started my research journey(specifically) on eth layer twos. This was prompted by cataloging over the past several weeks, nearly ALL of the top moving protocols were eth tokens(BTC was still at 38/39k mind you) 40% 80% 150%-even if it was a brief parabolic move-many tokens on the blockchain were MOVING. at least one a day for the past 3/4 weeks. So now ive started my due diligence on the eth ecosystem. Here’s my questions, does the community have any thoughts/done any research on solid projects that are top 50(as i just found there are literally THOUSANDS of tokens) that have not “popped” yet that seem like they may benefit from the btc relief rally.
