ETH is now POS, Why does Binance eth staking still doesn't show the redemption date?

I assume I've a couple of questions:

1. ETH is now POS, does that imply that I can redeem my staked ETH any quickly?
   
2. If the reply to query 1 is No, doe meaning I want to attend for ETH Shard Chains to be absolutely carried out? I checked on https://ethereum.org/en/upgrades/sharding/, the estimate is 2023. Does that mean my ETHs are locked till perhaps 2023 in Binance?
3. If the answer to query 2 is Sure, then why does Binance needs to attend till Shared Chains before we will redeem BETH to ETH?
4. I do know I can get BETH whereas the interval of my ETH locked, I can purchase/sell the BETH on Binance on the time being?
