Ethereum dust attack question

Hi guys,

I recently had a scammer deposit a Ethereum-based dust token abSHIBA.com into my Coinbase Wallet. From what I read, I should not transfer or swap this dust token or else my funds will be drained. I also have ETH and some SHIB in my wallet under the same address the dust token was deposited to. Can I still transfer my ETH and SHIB from this address without touching the dust token or will that still cause me to lose funds?
