Facebook (Meta) entering the market goes against all what crypto stands for.

If anything, I feel like the invasion of privacy started way before Facebook entered the market through things like KYC and centralized exchanges taking control of private keys.

But still, the fact that Facebook (which is known for privacy abuse) is entering the crypto market (a market built for the purpose of privacy) is just wrong.

Hopefully we find ways to stop these conglomerates from taking over. Some projects like Ocean are already finding solutions through providing safe and transparent information vaults (most for scientists but I hope they start doing something for the whole market).

Would be a bad idea to get into Meta. Yet I still think these mfs will find a way to take over.
