In early October I attempted to make a purchase using a debit card for USDT via Binance. I made regular purchases like this to top up my USDT and trade on spot. However, this particular transaction was blocked by ING (my bank) and my card was frozen.
I called them to rectify and assure them it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. The card was activated again and all seemed well. A couple of hours later however the transaction ended up going through.
I expected the funds to appear as USDT as per usual, however, I had nothing after 7 business days. I reached out to Binance and they informed me that because it was shown as 'failed' in their system...according to them it never went through. I showed them my bank statements, to no avail. They repeatedly told me to reach out to the bank to enquire, which I did.
I submitted a transaction query and after going through the motions with ING and waiting for a response, Binance came back with the attached automated email, stating that my withdrawals were frozen and my account was going to be terminated.
Looking for any advice on how to proceed as Binance appeals keep failing. Has anyone had a similar situation?
I don't care if I can't trade with Binance, not sure if I want to after this ordeal, I just want to recover the missing funds and be able to get my coins out.
Cheers
