Celsius customer here with bit north of $85k being held hostage-
Just you all know if you file for a claim, your information will be public (exposed). Yes, exposed, not sealed from public eyes. Its also not needed to file for a claim because Celsius already has all customers information and funds they hold, this claim WERE SUGGESTED BY CELSIUS LAWYERS THEMSELVES, NOT REQUIRED. So why do we need to file for a claim while Celsius already have these info in their database.....?
Another issue on filing that claim... According to some users on celsius sub is, if you put down the amount you currently have in Celsius on the claim form, few months to years later whatever.. They look at your claim & might return the amount you put down on the claim form, not the actual value of your coins by the time they return your money down the road, after few of bull runs. That's the potential risk of submiting that form.
Lot of us are gonna wait and see as this case process in August instead of taking words from slimy Celsius lawyers.
