Finally Resolved Bank TT

This is just to give feedback on my experience so others might learn something!

I initiated a bank Swift transfer to Binance using their app. I followed everything correctly. Forward one week & the money was still not credited. I initiated a “Bank Transfer Appeal” to which Binance replied to my email in less than 24 hours that they didn’t get anything. I waited for the holiday to be over. I checked again and there was nothing. So I contacted Binance via the chat. The officer replied me in 5 minutes and within 10 min he/she informed that they didn’t get anything and that I should contact the bank. I did today and was informed by my bank that the recipient bank (Binance Bank) has refused the transaction and that the money would be sent back to my account.

I went back to Binance app and to the chat button to inform them. Again they replied within a minute or less and said that they will investigate why and get back to me.

My losses are HKD 400 which is the fee for transfer (USD 51). That’s ok though.
