$FLR Airdrop for users in "Restricted Jurisdictions"

A few months ago Binance announced that by the end of this year it would stop operations in some "Restricted Jursdictions", including Ontario, Canada. Many of us, however, weren't aware of this in December 2020 when we held our $XRP on Binance during the Spark Token ($FLR) snapshot, which Binance agreed to participate in. The airdrop for $FLR has been further and further back with the distribution plan being 15% in the first month and 3%/month after that.

Will us Ontarians still be able to access and withdraw the $FLR from our Binance accounts? Or will it be withheld from us despite us doing nothing wrong?! If the latter, would it help for any sort of petition from our regulatory bodies to allow for a release of these funds?

Lastly, related to the $FLR distribution, there was also a recent airdrop for Songbird ($SGB) a "canary network" of the Flare network. Is Binance going to distribute those tokens to its users?
