Germany / The Netherlands / Italy Margin Trading these Dayz..

Now, We all know by now that the Future & Derivative trading here in Europe is gon b closed and it's starting in these countries. Users have to close their open position in 90 Days. Now My Question is, does this apply to Margin aswell? (I suppose so) 2nd. - Does this mean I can't open no more Margin and Future Trades anymore once I closed my open positions in the 90 Day Time frame or do I got a Time window of 90 days to close my positions, manage my shii and move on since the News say the Derivative Market gon b closed and people who didn't had an account prior to this Date can't open a New one? Like Lezz say I close an open position..can I open a New One or is it gg fo now. Cuz I think I didn't quite get that right and ION wanna make no rushed decision I Really appreciate yo Help! Thank You
