Getting a first cold wallet.

I am starting to get a fairly large amount of money on my software wallet and I'm looking to upgrade to a hard cold storage wallet. I currently use muun but I noticed that it doesn't work for coldcard. I'm curious about the technicals, is muun not very secure and/or is trezor and other wallets just good. I'm open to using whatever I just want to make sure my money is secure. I don't consider myself a total newbie although I really don't understand a lot of the technical jargin that makes them secure.
