Good book on monetary history?

Hey guys!

I'm currently writing a long form article on Bitcoin and how it fits into monetary history and I'm looking for an article or a book that would cover the early history of money, with references of ledger money being the first forms of money.

I'm sure I've heard of such a book/article, maybe on a Lyn Alden podcast episode, or on the Mises Institute website, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

If you guys think of any other history/money/austrian books that could be useful don't hesitate to recommend!
