Got an email saying that I need to verify (intermediate) to maintain ability to withdraw crypto? But verification ALWAYS fails

It says that I need to verify or my withdrawal limit will be reduced to 0.06 BTC (I assume daily, which is honestly fine) But I have been trying to verify my account for a while now and every time I try it never works out, I always end up waiting for customer service so long (over an hour once) that I forget and miss my place.

It's the same error all the time, "Verification was interrupted, please start over"

I have tried to verify on 3 different macbooks, an iphone, 2 android phones, and a windows pc. All the same error, so it is not my device.

Any help would be great, I know some support staff are in the forum.
