Hacked for $100.000

Just noticed that my account has been drained for about $100.000 by doing hundreds of trades over 8 days.

No withdrawals or P2P transfers.. just stupid trades draining the account.

Trying to talk to support is like talking to someone who is from another planet and eventually been put in a support queue with a waiting time of 6-12 hours

Please does anyone have any ideas of what can have happened and who to contact for serious support at Binance.

I had 3 API keys set up

• Bitsgap (complex password for normal login)
• 3commas (complex password for normal login)
• TrailingCrypto (using google social account login)

-I logged in to 3 commas and deleted the exchange access, but trades were still being made.
-I logged into Trailing crypto, but no trades were visible in the history
-I logged into Bitsgap and it shows no history of trading

Interesting enough, Trailingcrypto just posted this on the 1st of September in their Telegram group, which was exactly the day when the "hack" started. They have also disabled the ability to chat

I am waiting for a reply from Binance now on which API was used to make the trades and once I know, I will know what to do. While I realize the money is gone, hopefully by creating police reports maybe sometime in the future they can track whoever has done trades. Now I need to try and sleep.

10 hours and still waiting for an update from Binance.

- They have indicated now that they are looking into who would have benefitted from these trades.
- They have now confirmed the keys used in the attack was the ones inserted into 3commas website
