Has anyone used Binance US staking? If so how was your experience, if not what do you use

I was looking to stake some Eth since I’m not considering selling for a long time. Binance us is offering 6% while coinbase is offering 3.24%. Does anyone have any experience with either exchange. If I stake on Binance us are my funds stuck or after 30/60 day period I can take out worst case scenario. It’s crazy to me that the difference in % is almost doubled. I’ve heard horror stories about Binance us, but maybe staking is different? Since I’m holding Eth for the long term and don’t plan on selling for years to come, no matter the market why not stake and collect a % on it. And not going to lie 6% sounds pretty sweet. If anyone can tell me their experiences and what they decided to choose I’d greatly appreciate kt
