Has Binance suspended crypto withdrawals for any other Basic account?

I was surprised to find that my withdrawal limit was showing 0/0 btc for 24 hours as I have frequently used crypto withdrawals in the past. I contacted customer support and was told that I need to verify my account to get a higher withdrawal limit. I really would not like to verify the account because of privacy concerns. It seems that at this point Binance is holding my funds hostage as it has changed its withdrawal policy without any prior communication. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I can share the Case ID in case that's helpful.
