Hate on NFTs is so big that majority don't see forest from the trees

Every now or then I'm seeing comments that we are so early, but on the other hand misunderstanding about NFTs is so big.

I can see why buch of gamers can have that opinion on NFTs, but again they think that it is just another way of publishers to grab money, not relalizing that they are already doing that without NFTs.

Crypto kitties were first, Axie built on that and opensea and rarible had a breakthrough. Lots of people made money, lots of them lost money, someone wash taxes, someone rug pull projects etc. Is that why we have to hate NFTs as another implementation of the blockchain technology?

Even in this form of JPGs they have implementation. One is a communities that has isaued them to have a special access. You see, everything is about interface and ecosystem. In one ecosystem an NFT can have a huge value, while in other it ia worthless.

NFTs will change the world and it is sad that this community is not recognizing it. Implementations are countless. Lets count some of them:

Insurance. Your insurance can be issued to you in the form of NFT. Much less paperwork, right?

Software licencing. Any software can be sold in the form of NFTs. When you have it in your wallet you can use it. When you don't need it simple sell it on the NFT marketplace. BTW it is a perfect DRM.

Games. It is not only about that you can really own digital assets, it is the whole philosophy how game can be built. If assets from the games are on the public leadger anybody can build new games around them.

Imagine government projects. They can all be build around NFTs.

Cadastre items can be in the form of NFTs. More transparent and less buraucracy and corruption. Easy to sell and manage.

Documents (Ids, driving licences...) can be in the form of the NFTs.
